The makers of Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar-starrer ‘2.0’ have planned an interesting and stretched promotional strategy. ‘2.0’ will have a mega music launch in Dubai in October, with AR Rahman reportedly performing live on the stage! Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth too will make an appearance at the event. Come November and the first teaser of ‘2.0’ will be released at an event in Hyderabad, while December will see the trailer launch in Chennai. The makers seem to ensure that ‘2.0’ continues to make headlines before it hits the screens in 2018. The film has been postponed to January 2018.
