A lot of Bollywood actresses have raised the issue of difference in pay scale for the men and the female stars. Farhan Akhtar, who is an actor, director and a producer, voices his opinion on the issue. “It is a personal choice of a person. I cannot say that take this certain amount of money and do my work. One has to agree to it. If you say a no, work will not be done. This is a personal decision and I cannot comment on someone’s personal life to say what they are happy with and what they are unhappy with. I support what they have to say, but I can speak only for myself,” said Farhan.
