Twinkle Khanna spilled the beans on her healthy lifestyle at a recent event. The author-columnist stated, “I do Yoga and meditate, it makes you look forward to the day. I try to eat organic as much as possible. Also, I am not one of those people who can spend a lot of time in the gym, I find it incredibly boring.” While she preached about eating good food and good life, the wife of Akshay Kumar went on to add how to handle life’s problems. “Treat your burdens lightly. Let them go like a helium-filled balloon. Learn how to let go and move on,” concluded Twinkle.
