Farah Khan is a successful commercial filmmaker and seems to have a knack for music. The choreographer turned director speaks very highly of lyricist Irshad Kamil who has composed songs of her last release, ‘Happy New Year’. She said, “He always gives the melodies on time and is very different from others. If you tell him that you don’t like a particular line then he will not argue, rather would give you 10 more replacements. I have never met anyone as humble and modest as him.” Farah also added how she got him on board for the first time, “Irshad said that he didn’t have time, I picked up the phone and called him. I told him, ‘You are doing my movie,’ because after listening to the songs of ‘Rockstar’ I knew that I had to work with him,” said Farah.
