Director Kabir Khan has confirmed that the shooting of ‘Tubelight’ is complete and has also given an insight on how Shah Rukh Khan agreed to come on board for a cameo. Kabir says, “It was a cameo screaming for a superstar. We went to Shah Rukh and I told him that it was a very special role and he should do it. He very graciously agreed. We have finished the shoot but I am not going to confirm any rumors whether Shah Rukh is playing a magician or not.” Salman and Shah Rukh’s fans will have to wait to see the stars together as ‘Tubelight’ will release on June 25.
