Anushka Sharma and Fox Star Studios production, ‘Phillauri’, has bagged a deal of Rs 12 crore for the sale of its satellite and music rights. The film was made on a small budget of Rs 21 crore and with this, the producers have already recovered a sizable chunk of the investment. Anushka and brother Karnesh Sharma head Clean Slate Films and ‘Phillauri’ is the production house’s second venture after ‘NH10’. Anushka plays the leading lady in ‘Phillauri’, portraying the character of Shashi, a friendly ghost. The film will release on March 24.
