‘It is a challenge to work with the same director again!’

Deepika Padukone has joined hands with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for a third collaboration, after two hit films like ‘Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela’ and ‘Bajirao Mastani’. Speaking about shooting for another period drama, ‘Padmavati’, Deepika says, “There are advantages and challenges to work with the same director for a third time. I think Sanjay Leela Bhansali brings out the best in me as an actress. But it also gets difficult because when you work with someone for so long, you want to bring something new to the table all the time, and that is challenging for the actor and the director.”
