If buzz is to be believed then Alia could be cast in a sequel to her father Mahesh Bhatt’s yesteryear Bollywood flick, ‘Sadak’. The film was made in 1991 and became an instant hit. This sequel to ‘Sadak’ will be a continuation from the first part, with Sanjay Dutt once again playing the lead, while Alia Bhatt could portray the character of his daughter. Pooja Bhatt, who appeared in the earlier film, will not feature in the sequel, suggest trade reports. Interestingly, Alia had recently refused to play Sanjay Dutt’s daughter in his comeback film ‘Bhoomi’.
