Newcomers, Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter, have struck gold at the box office with their performance in ‘Dhadak’. The film collected an impressive opening figure of Rs 8.71 crore and went on to rake in another Rs 11.04 crore on Saturday. To top it all, Sunday saw the collection of Rs 13.92 crore. ‘Dhadak’ has made an impressive total of Rs 33.67 crore by its opening weekend with more numbers to follow. The film released on 2,235 screens across India and is the official Hindi remake of the hit Marathi film ‘Sairat’. Produced by Karan Johar, ‘Dhadak’ is directed by Shashank Khaitan.
