Farhan Akhtar’s production house Excel Entertainment has been dragged to court by Abhishek Kapoor. Apparently, the latter has taken the step as he was not given script credit in the sequel of ‘Rock On!!’ While the split is out in the open, Farhan doesn’t want to comment on the same. “The reason behind it is that we would much rather let the court decide since it has gone there. I have nothing to say. He is a friend of mine and I don’t want to talk about him in public,” said Farhan. The first part of the film was written and directed by Abhishek Kapoor.
