Kangana Ranaut launched the trailer of ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ with much pomp. At the event, the ‘Queen’ actress claimed to have directed a majority portion of the period drama as she is credited as the film’s co-director alongside Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi (Krish). “Almost 60-70 percent of the film is shot by me, so I didn’t have to take anyone’s vision forward. I had my own vision with the material that I was given. I didn’t see any obstacle, but it is difficult to step into somebody’s shoes,” says Kangana. The actress is confident to have followed the script to the T despite not directing the entire film right from the beginning.
