Mallika Sherawat has been away from the glamour of Bollywood as the actress was busy doing a TV series abroad. “I was busy with the shooting for ‘Hawaii Five-O’, it is counted as top five series in the UK,” said the actress. However, Mallika returns to the big screen with ‘Dirty Politics’, wherein the actress did many workshops to perfect her ‘desi’ character. She said, “I am born and brought up in a village. So this was a part of me. But I also did a lot of classes and workshops for this role. There was a lot of rehearsal involved. I even took workshops in making cow dung cakes, the smell didn’t go for days.”
