Saif Ali Khan is basking in the glory of his recent web series ‘Tandav’ where the actor has been very much praised for his role. To keep the steam going, his upcoming film with Prabhas, ‘Adipurush’, has started with motion capture technology. It is said that this is the first of its kind in India. Producer Bhushan Kumar of T-Series says, “We have always encouraged new ideas and concepts. This, coupled with cutting edge technology, paves the way for the future of filmmaking. Om and his team are creating an entire world of ‘Adipurush’ with this new tech, commonly used in international cinema. This will be explored first time in the Indian filmmaking space.” Motion capture technology is recording movements of objects and people using specially designed suits and sensors which is later recreated on a computer.
