Ayushmann Khurrana had announced his next film titled ‘Doctor G’ last December. The film will be directed by Anubhuti Kashyap under the production of Junglee Pictures. Joining the team now is Rakul Preet Singh who will play Dr Fatima, a senior medical student. Happy about the development, Rakul shares, “I am super-excited to be a part of ‘Doctor G’. I was in love with the script from the time I had heard it. The concept of a medical drama is very interesting and this campus comedy will bring a new perspective to the audience. I cannot wait to start shooting for the film.” While Rakul has many other projects in her kitty, ‘Doctor G’ will be her first film with Ayushmann Khurrana.
