Kangana Ranaut successfully played Jhansi Ki Rani, Laxmibai in her 2019 film ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’. And now the actress is all set to play Sita in an epic which is titled ‘The Incarnation – Sita’. The period drama is directed by Alaukik Desai. Not too long ago, Kareena Kapoor Khan was to play the part in the production house SS Studio’s film, but she was trolled by on social media. With Kangana taking the reins in her own hands, Saloni Sharma of SS Studio says, “As a woman, I couldn’t be happier in welcoming Kangana Ranaut on board our VFX magnum opus, ‘The Incarnation –Sita’. Kangana symbolises the spirit and essence of the Indian woman – fearless, daunting and daring.” Apart from this latest edition, Kangana has ‘Dhaakad’ and ‘Tejas’ nearing completion and ready for release.
