Akshay Kumar’s latest film, ‘Bachchhan Paandey’ was recently stopped from being screened in a theatre in the state of Odisha, India, say a few reports. A video which went viral recently, allegedly shows a mob, wearing saffron scarfs, barging into a theatre where ‘Bachchhan Paandey’ was being screened. They forced the staff working at the theatre to shut the screening of the film and instead, show ‘The Kashmir Files’ to the audience. It must be noted here that not too long ago, Akshay had supported ‘The Kashmir Files’ and praised Anupam Kher, “Hearing absolutely incredible things about your performance in ‘The Kashmir Files’. Amazing to see the audience back to the cinemas in large numbers. Hope to watch the film soon,” he had tagged the veteran actor.
