There was a time recently when India’s Southern film industry didn’t get much traction in Bollywood. Some celebs even exchanged barbs on social media and even during the events to promote their respective films. Now everything seems to be falling in place. Putting the duel behind, Hrithik Roshan praised Kannada language film ‘Kantara’, which released on OTT recently after hitting the theatres some time back. Hrithik said, “Learnt so much by watching ‘Kantara’. The power of Rishab Shetty’s conviction makes the film extraordinary. Top notch storytelling, direction and acting. The peak climax transformation gave me goosebumps. Respect and kudos to the team.” Made on an approximate budget of less than 20 crore, ‘Kantara’ has minted over Rs 400 crore at the box office!
