The team of ‘Piku’ seems to be very happy with the great response to the film. According to trade reports, the film collected approximately Rs 25 crore in its initial days. An excited Irrfan said, “Overall, the film has pleasantly surprised us. We had thought that the film will do well but that it will become so big in two days was not expected. So it was a new experience. And the common reactions for this film were that ‘Piku’ should not end and that they want to watch over and over again.” Irrfan was seen romancing Deepika Padukone in the film.
