OTT is starting to become an extended arm for many Bollywood celebs who are now lining up to explore platforms without any reservations. The latest example is Varun Dhawan and Ananya Panday. The pair will soon be seen together on Amazon’s Prime Video. The original series titled ‘Call Me Bae’, will see Varun and Ananya working under the director Collin D’Cunha. Ananya plays a billionaire fashionista, who is disowned by her ultra-rich family due to a salacious scandal. She has to fend for herself for the first time ever. How she overcomes stereotypes, negotiates around prejudices and discovers who she really is form the rest of the story. Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment is producing this original series. The makers are yet to announce the release date of ‘Call Me Bae’.
