Amitabh Bachchan recently had a health scare. It was reported that Bachchan underwent angioplasty at a Mumbai hospital. Fans were concerned and media houses went on overdrive thinking that Sr Bachchan had a heart issue. It later came to light that due to a clot in one of his legs, the angioplasty was done on the same. That’s when people heaved a sigh of relief. In fact, Big B was almost immediately discharged from Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in suburban Mumbai after his angioplasty was done on Friday. After recuperating at home for a couple of days, Bachchan attended his daughter Shweta Bachchan’s 50th birthday party at the latter’s bungalow Prateeksha, which was gifted to her by her father.
