On January 16, 2025, Saif Ali Khan was stabbed during a robbery attempt at his residence. After spending several days in the hospital, he is was discharged this afternoon on January 21st as per latest reports. The medical team will now determine the length of his recovery period. Saif is expected to provide a statement to the police as the investigation is underway. He was rushed to the hospital in an auto-rickshaw. The suspect, Mohammad Shariful Islam Shehzad was taken back to Saif’s house on Monday night by the police to reconstruct the crime scene. Meanwhile, the auto-rickshaw driver who transported Saif to the hospital without charging a fare due to the emergency has been awarded Rs 11,000 by an organization.
