When Sanjay Leela Bhansali takes over the directorial chair, perfection and delays happen to follow suit. For his upcoming directorial ‘Love And War’, the maverick filmmaker is currently busy with his leads Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt for an extensive night sequence. Buzz is that the makers of ‘Love And War’ are contemplating a change in release date. The film was expected to arrive during Independence Day 2026, but to avoid a clash with Kartik Aaryan-starrer ‘Naagzilla’, the makers are contemplating a June release. Last week the team had confirmed that ‘Love And War’ was ‘on schedule and progressing as planned, but the grapevine and Bhansali’s track record suggest otherwise. ‘Love And War’ marks a reunion for Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal, while it is Alia’s maiden venture with Kaushal.
