Following a startling announcement in January that he would abandon playback singing to prioritize his solo artistic vision, Arijit Singh is preparing for a monumental return to the stage. Scheduled from January 2027 to May 2027, the singer will embark on a massive nine-city stadium tour across India to commemorate 20 years of musical influence featuring timeless hits such as ‘Tum Hi Ho’, ‘Agar Tum Saath Ho’, and ‘Vida Karo’. Expressing his emotions regarding the anniversary, Singh stated: “20 years of music is a journey I feel very grateful for. The greatest part of it has always been the people – the listeners who have given these songs a life of their own. I’m really looking forward to traveling across India and experiencing that love together, live on stage. There are so many songs, so many memories and so many people to meet. I can’t wait.” To match the scale of the event, the tour will utilize an elaborate multi-tiered stage. A key feature of the design is an extended runway that allows the artist to venture deep into the audience, ensuring that fans in every section of the stadium enjoy a closer, more personal connection during the performance.
