It was Salman Khan who inspired Arjun Kapoor to step into Bollywood as an actor. Apparently, this Kapoor lad had plans of turning a director. He said, “I tried writing because I wanted to be a director. And I wasn’t very good at it because my mind seemed to run faster than my hand could.” Sharing some insight about what he thinks of writing, Arjun added, “I thought of too many things that eventually didn’t make sense of in terms of a character. I just wanted to encompass everything into one book. And I was very young, naïve and gullible at that time thinking that I would achieve it. I realized I am not ready yet.”
