Akshay Kumar gives health advice to get rid of diseases


Akshay Kumar is a stickler for time and maintains a strict regime to stay fit at all times. Being an early riser, the actor maintains a fixed time for work, goes to bed early and keeps Sundays work-free. Sharing a piece of advice with fans, Akki said, “For good health, one should not eat after 6:30 in the evening. This will help keep all sorts of diseases at bay. And by eating only one meal a day, it will be very beneficial for our country as well as for our health.” That’s one piece of advice his fans would like to follow.
