Amitabh Bachchan’s name was dragged in the controversial scandal of 1980s when Bofors, a Swiss arms manufacturer, landed a 15 billion dollar deal to provide Howitzer guns to India. Recently it was revealed that Amitabh Bachchan’s name had been falsely planted in the scam. Bachchan, who writes a daily blog, decided to post about the bitter ordeal of 25 years, again! “Twenty-five years after the judgement on Bofors, the main prosecutor on the matter from Sweden, where it all began, makes public the statement that the ‘Bachchan name was planted, by the investigating team’! Will they be able to bear the pain of living the life of a falsely tainted individual for 25 years?!” wrote Bachchan.
