The #MeToo controversy hit music composer-singer Anu Malik hard last year. Owing to this Anu Malik has now stepped down from the judges’ chair at ‘Indian Idol 11’. Another famous Bollywood composer-singer has replaced Malik to gauge the talent. Himesh Reshammiya will now accompany Vishal Dadlani and Neha Kakkar to judge ‘Indian Idol 11’ after Anu Malik withdrew his name to be on the show post sexual harassment charges. Singers like Sona Mohapatra, Neha Bhasin, Shweta Pandit and even Alisha Chinai had accused Anu Malik of sexual misconduct during the Indian MeToo movement. The composer-singer had had many field days defending himself and trying to clear his name from the controversy.
