Bhumi Pednekar is on a roll in Bollywood at the moment. After being featured in big-ticket flicks like ‘Bhoot – Part One: The Haunted Ship’, ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’ and ‘Bala’, is now ready to roll with her next, ‘Durgavati’. Akshay Kumar is presenting this film and shared a still from the movie where Bhumi is seen presenting the clap board in front of Goddess Durga and praying with folded hands. The Hindi remake of the Telugu horror film ‘Bhaagamathie’, ‘Durgavati’ was first declared in November last year, with Bhushan Kumar producing. It will be directed by G Ashok who was also the man behind the original film. ‘Durgavati’ will shoot in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh and is expected to release later this year.
