Monday proved even stronger at ₹59 crore, before Tuesday’s dip to ₹10.17 crore by evening, yet the film still stood poised to cross ₹200 crore within hours.
The momentum did not fade with time. On Republic Day 2026 audiences flocked to see ‘Dhurandhar’, another cinematic giant which carved its name into history by entering the ₹1,000 crore India gross club. Remarkably, it became the first single-language film to achieve this feat. Over 53 days, ‘Dhurandhar’ amassed ₹835 crore domestically, while its overseas earnings reached ₹294.2 crore pushing its worldwide total to an extraordinary ₹1,294 crore.
