The film with a quirky title, ‘Doctor G’, already featuring an interesting pair in the form of Ayushmann Khurrana and Rakul Preet Singh. And now another actress has joined this project. Shefali Shah has been roped-in to accompany the duo in this campus comedy drama, which will be helmed by debutante director Anubhuti Kashyap. Ayushmann, Rakul and Shefali, play doctors in the film with Shah portraying Dr Nandini. Ecstatic about the development, Shefali says, “I am excited to be a part of ‘Doctor G’. The writers, along with Anubhuti, have written a fantastic script. I am really looking forward to collaborating with the amazing team!” Anubhuti, on the other hand, says that she is “thrilled” about Shefali joining the team and also that she is looking forward to work with all “powerhouses of talent”.
