Ekta Kapoor’s production house, Balaji Motion Pictures, produced a slew of flops in 2016, giving fodder to rumors that it was shutting down. However, it seems like Ekta’s film section is bouncing back with promising projects. After backing a film like ‘Lipstick Under My Burkha’, Balaji Motion Pictures is set to produce a girl gig ‘Veere Di Wedding’ with a starry cast of Sonam Kapoor and newbie mommy Kareena Kapoor Khan. The team is set to begin shooting for the film soon. It will also launch Sara Ali Khan in Bollywood opposite Sushant Singh Rajput.
