Ashutosh Gowariker and his team attracted a lot of flak after the first trailer of ‘Mohenjo Daro’ was released. A lot was being said about the film’s setting not matching up to the era of Indus Valley Civilization, on which the movie is based. The confident director reacted to the criticism saying, “I think you have to be open to criticism as everyone has their own immediate response to trailers. We are trying to depict the entire movie in a trailer and there are certain elements that shock you. But you have to be patient and form your opinion after you see the film.”
