Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh will begin shooting for Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Gully Boy’ in January next year. The film is a musical and the lead actors recently met their director at her residence to discuss the project. ‘Gully Boy’ is about street rappers from Mumbai’s chawls and is reportedly inspired from the lives of two street rappers, Naezy and Divine. Ranveer has been training for his role of a rapper and will pair up with Alia for the first time. The leading actress is off to a vacation to celebrate her sister Shaheen’s birthday in London.
