The whole of Bollywood is a fitness freak and going to the gym is a daily routine. Actor Tusshar Kapoor doles out a few tips. He said, “I don’t believe that only going to the gym keeps a man fit. I think the kind of workout you do is important. It should be a therapy and not just about building muscles. It should be something that makes you feel good about yourself whether you do yoga in the gym or do weight lifting there. It has to suit you and make you feel good. That is what finally matters.”
