Encouraging fans to follow a good fitness regime, Hrithik says, “When it is about fitness, just do it. Don’t think. Even if you have only 10 minutes, just go for it. At times, after a long day’s work, I get about 15 minutes free before I sleep. So I workout for those 15 minutes and I think it is enough.
