Hrithik Roshan works hard to maintain his enviable physique and wants everyone to follow the same even if for little time. Encouraging fans to follow a good fitness regime, Hrithik says, “When it is about fitness, just do it. Don’t think. Even if you have only 10 minutes, just go for it. At times, after a long day’s work, I get about 15 minutes free before I sleep. So I workout for those 15 minutes and I think it is enough. It is a myth that you need to work-out for an hour or more.” Fans are longing to see Hrithik in action as superhero with ‘Krrish 4’.
