Rekha has been one of the favourite actresses of late filmmaker Yash Chopra. The actress was recently honoured with Yash Chopra Memorial Award. The eternal diva of Bollywood, Rekha was honoured with the award for her contribution to the film industry. On this occasion, Rekha reminisced her relationship with the filmmaker. She said, “Yashji taught me how to love. His films showed that love was a very sensitive feeling, an emotion which is not visible but everyone experiences it. Also, I became a poet in his company and have written a poem too.” Rekha has been a part of memorable Yash Chopra films like ‘Silsila’ (1981) and ‘Faasle’ (1985).
