Is it for friendship or a smart business decision to avoid clash and enjoy a solo release, John Abraham for a fact has changed the release date of ‘Pagalpanti’. The film was to clash with ‘Marjaavaan’, starring Sidharth Malhotra, Riteish Deshmukh, Tara Sutaria and Rakul Preet Singh on November 8. But since John and ‘Marjaavaan’ producer Nikkhil Advani are thick of friends, the former decided to postpone the release of his ‘Pagalpanti’ to November 22. This way, the makers and the stars will be able to enjoy solo releases for their respective films. John had to take producers Bhushan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak and director Anees Bazmee into confidence before pushing the release date of ‘Pagalpanti’ to November 22, instead of the original November 8 release, clashing with ‘Marjaavaan’.
