Kangana Ranaut seems to have entered Round 2 of the battle against the Government of Maharashtra. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, held a virtual rally yesterday on the occasion of Dussehra. A ritual of sorts every year for his political party the Shiv Sena which witnesses an ocean of people during the festival. Without naming anyone in his speech, Thackeray attacked those who defame the state, taking a possible jibe at the actress. Not one to take it lying down, Kangana took it upon herself and retorted with a video. “Uddhav Thackeray, you abused me in your speech yesterday, called me ‘namak haram’. CM, you were upset with me because I compared Mumbai to Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) but in your speech, you compared India to Pakistan” Kangana said. The ‘Thalaivi’ actress also defended the state from where she hails and compared herself to Thackeray’s son Aditya Thackeray’s age.
