Randhir, Rishi and Rajiv Kapoor’s sister Ritu Nanda passed away at the age of 71. She was suffering from cancer and was based in Delhi when she breathed her last breath. Ritu was Amitabh Bachchan’s daughter Shweta Nanda’s mother-in-law. “My ‘samdhan’ Ritu Nanda, Shweta’s mother-in-law, passed away suddenly,” said Big B mourning her death. She was married to businessman Rajan Nanda who passed away in August 2018. Ritu was born on 30th October 1948 to showman Raj Kapoor and Krishna Kapoor. She worked as an insurance agent for a brief period. While the immediate family members flew to Delhi to pay their last respects, condolences poured in on social media on Ritu Nanda’s death.
