Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’ director Krish walked out of the project a while back to shoot the much awaited NT Rama Rao biopic. The filmmaker recently announced the release date of his films with the first part ‘Kathanayakudu’ releasing on 9th January and the second part ‘Mahanayakudu’ releasing on 24th January. Ironically, the second part of the biopic will clash with Kangana Ranaut-starrer ‘Manikarnika’, which is scheduled to hit the screens on 25th January. Reports suggested that Krish was ousted from the warrior drama by Kangana, who later took over the directorial reins in her own hands, citing other reasons.
