Director, actor and writer, Neeraj Vora passed away today at the age of 54. The writer of Aamir Khan’s hit film ‘Rangeela’, Vora had suffered a brain stroke in October last year following which he was in coma. Producer Firoz Nadiadwala had reportedly converted a room into a make-shift Intensive Care Unit (ICU) where Vora had been recuperating. His condition deteriorated on Wednesday night and hence was shifted to Criti Care hospital in Juhu, suburban Mumbai, where he breathed his last in the wee hours of Thursday. Vora was set to direct ‘Phir Here Pheri 3’ but due to ill health, the film did not take off.
