Ranveer Singh is busy playing a simpleton in Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Gully Boy’, however the actor is soon going to shed that image. In a few weeks’ time Ranveer will begin training in action for Rohit Shetty-directed ‘Simmba’. The film is an action-comical and will feature Ranveer in a fun-cop avatar. Once he wraps up ‘Gully Boy’, the actor will immediately begin shooting for the commercial entertainer ‘Simmba’, which is scheduled to release during Christmas this year, on December 28. After working in an experimental ‘Simmba’, Ranveer is scheduled to start shooting for Kabir Khan’s ambitious project ‘83’.
