After maintaining a low profile on social media, Saif Ali Khan has now made his official Instagram debut under the handle Saif Ali Khan Pataudi. The newly created account currently shows only a single post, with Saif himself following only his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan’s profile while this was being written. The move confirms speculation that the actor has finally decided to embrace the platform publicly. In his inaugural post featuring a couple of images, one of which captures him engrossed in a book – a well-known hobby of his – Saif penned the caption: “Pataudi library… Judging books by their cover…” Prior to this official launch, the actor maintained a private, undisclosed Instagram presence that he never converted to an official account or promoted. Now that Saif has taken this public step, admirers and followers will gain regular access to glimpses of his personal world and activities.
