Salman Khan attended an award function over the weekend, with a troubled voice and a tired demeanor. The actor complained that the weather and the work schedule have affected his health, “The climate is not suiting me these days. I also have a bit of viral trouble which just won’t go because I am not getting a break. I went for a summit and then for IFFI. I have also been shooting for ‘Bigg Boss’ on the weekends and then I am working on the dubbing for ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’. So I am not getting any rest at all.” Apart from this, the actor also has promotions of ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ going on.
