In a shocking turn of events earlier this April, Salman Khan’s Bandra residence was targeted by gunfire sending shockwaves across the nation. Recently, the actor has come forward with an official statement detailing the harrowing events of that fateful morning. Khan has explicitly mentioned the involvement of Lawrence Bishnoi in the incident suggest reports. “There had been attempts to hurt me and my family prior to this as well. I have learnt that Lawrence Bishnoi has taken responsibility for the attack from social media. So I believe that it is the Lawrence Bishnoi gang who has carried out the firing on my balcony. I believe that Lawrence Bishnoi, with the help of his gang members, carried out the firing incident when my family members were sleeping inside and planning to kill me and my family members. So they carried out the attack,” Salman Khan said in recorded statement with the police. Just weeks ago, the Mumbai Crime Branch filed a comprehensive 1,735-page charge sheet. According to Khan’s account, he heard what sounded like a firecracker and was soon alerted by his security personnel around 4:55 am about the gravity of the situation at his Galaxy Apartment.
