Sanjay Dutt Unveils ‘Safed’ Trailer

Being grateful to his friend Sanjay Dutt, debutant director Sandeep Singh expressed his joy in words and said, “It’s a special day when my dearest friend Sanjay Dutt showcased my very first film’s trailer to the world. Our friendship goes a long way and it stood test of time. He was always there for me and our bond is unbreakable. I remember during the Bhoomi movie shoot, baba told me  that one day you will become a very commercial and big director. He further said, “Sandeep, I have worked with a lot and many directors but I am sure there is a lot of directors in you.” It’s an emotional day for me and I can’t thank him enough for his kind gesture.”

The film is set to release on Zee 5, December 29, 2023. Starring Meera Chopra and introducing Abhay Verma, Safed is an unimaginable love story between a transgender and a widow based in Banaras.

The film is produced by Sandeep Singh, and presented by Legend Studios, Anand Pandit and Ajay Harinath Singh.
