‘Fan’ actress Shikha Malhotra decided to serve the patients affected with Covid-19 and headed to a hospital for the same. She was directed to contact the medical superintendent who in turn put her directly in the isolation unit where there was less manpower. Very few know that Shikha has a BSC in nursing and hence she contacted a few hospitals so that she could take care of those in need. The actress’ search finally came to an end at a government-run trauma hospital in Jogeshwari, Mumbai where she could serve. Shikha is also making small videos while taking care of the coronavirus affected patients, urging everyone to stay home. She played the role of Mumbai Live reporter in the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer ‘Fan’.
