Sonu Sood became a real-life hero for many under-privileged when he made sure that the labour class reaches home safe and sound during lockdown. But the actor now seems to be in trouble for building code violations. The local civic body Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has alleged that Sonu converted a six-storey residential building into a hotel in the posh suburbs of Juhu. It is supposedly the same building which Sonu had offered medical professionals to reside in during their quarantine. Reports say that the BMC has now filed a complaint with police who will investigate the matter further before summoning the actor. Many are alleging political vendetta behind this move. Sonu is although keeping mum on the entire controversy.
