Yash Raj Films is undoubtedly one of the biggest production houses in India and we hear that the production house is under scrutiny yet again. The Indian Performing Rights Society (IPRS) has registered an FIR with the Mumbai police’s Economic Offences Wing (EOW) against YRF for allegedly collecting money on behalf of its members. The IPRS, which consists of personalities connected with the music industry, like lyricists, composers and music producers among others has alleged this amount to be as huge as Rs 100 crore, with more skeletons coming out of the closet. It is said that the FIR names Aditya Chopra and Uday Chopra, directors and owners of YRF who are responsible for this. Nobody but IPRS can collect such royalty in India.
