Twinkle Khanna is at her humour best. The actress-turned-writer joked at her own expense. She recently posted a picture on Instagram which reminded her of her film ‘Mela’. In her signature style, she said, “Certain things, I suppose, are timeless! This popped up in my messages today and what can I say, except that ‘Mela’ has certainly left a mark or a scar, whichever way you look at it, on me and the rest of the nation.” Released in 2000, ‘Mela’ starred Twinkle Khanna opposite Aamir Khan. The film didn’t do well at the box office and Twinkle soon bid adieu to Bollywood as an actress.
